Stamford DUI Driver Involved in Accident: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Stamford woman is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol at the time of an accident in Milford, police said. On April 8, police responded to a one car accident on North Street near Sigwin Road in which the vehicle struck a utility pole, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Erin Gavlick, 38, of Mapletree Avenue, who is accused of driving her vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said. She provided a breath sample, which showed her to have an elevated blood alcohol content, police said.

She is charged with DUI and given a court date of May 3.
