Stamford Executive Park Sold As Part Of $488 Million Deal: Report

STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford office-industrial complex is part of a portfolio of 56 tri-state buildings that has sold for about $488 million, the Stamford Advocate reported. The five-building Stamford Executive Park on West Avenue sold for approximately $30 million.

According to the Stamford Advocate, the 56-building collection's holdings were sold to a joint-venture partnership managed by Robert Martin Co., a real estate investment, development and management firm based in Elmsford, N.Y.
