Stamford Mall Reveals 2019 Thanksgiving, Black Friday Hours

Here are Stamford Town Center's hours during the busiest shopping week of the year, as well as times children can take pictures with Santa.

STAMFORD, CT — It's almost time for the biggest shopping time of the season and the Stamford Town Center, located at 100 Greyrock Place, has listed its holiday hours for Thanksgiving, Black Friday and the first weekend of the holiday season.

Surprisingly, the mall will be closed Thanksgiving day (Nov. 28), meaning eager customers will be unable to get a head start on their holiday weekend shopping.

The mall will reopen Friday morning, Nov. 29, at 8 a.m. and close again at 10 p.m. The mall opens at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, and closes again at 10 p.m. On Sunday, Dec. 1, the mall opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m.

If you're looking to bring your children to the mall to meet Santa Claus this holiday season, here is some good news: Santa has already arrived at the Stamford Town Center.

Santa will be available for photos in the mall's grand court until Dec. 24. Santa's visiting hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Santa will break for milk and cookies from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Santa will break for milk and cookies from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

On Christmas Eve, Santa will be available for pictures from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., though he will break for milk and cookies from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Guests must be in line by 3 p.m. to see Santa this day before he leaves for the North Pole.
