He supervises the city's three marinas.

STAMFORD, CT — Forty-three-year-old Stamford resident Sean Elumba, who serves as the supervisor of Stamford's three marinas, has been arrested on charge of first-degree larceny in connection with the alleged theft of more than $60,000 from the city, writes the Stamford Advocate.
The thefts allegedly occurred from 2015 into this year. Elumba supervised the now-closed Cummings Park marina, and Czescik and Cove Island marinas. Allegations of alleged misappropriation of city funds was investigated, which led to the charge.
He was recently arrested on warrant, and police said he used the money to buy clothing, coolers, fishing supplies, and other items. His attorney told the publication that some of the items purchased could have been for both business and personal use.
