Stamford Man Wanted for Manslaughter Found 26 Years Later

The man was convicted of manslaughter and jumped bail before sentencing, according to police.

STAMFORD, CT- Stamford man Christopher Anthony Williams, 44, was found 26 years after being convicted of manslaughter.

Williams allegedly jumped bail before being sentenced for the 1989 homicide of Kevin Harrison, according to News 12.

He was found in Philadelphia a few weeks ago by the U.S. Marshals Service, according to the Stamford Advocate.

A tip in 2004 led investigators to the Philadelphia area, but it went cold.

Williams original bond was $100,000, but it was increased to $1 million. Sentencing hasn't been scheduled yet.
