Stamford To Mark 22nd Anniversary Of 9/11 With Ceremonies
There are two remembrance ceremonies set to take place in Stamford on Monday, Sept. 11.
STAMFORD, CT — The city of Stamford will mark the 22nd anniversary of 9/11 next week with two ceremonies.
At 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 11, Stamford community members, police, fire and EMS personnell will take part in a remembrance ceremony at Jackie Robinson Park on Richmond Hill Avenue.
Later in the day at 7 p.m., a brief ceremony will be held in front of the Woodside Firehouse and the 9/11 memorial at 1620 Washington Blvd.
