Stamford Marriott Property Sold: Report

The building and property is located downtown on Tresser Boulevard.

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Marriott building, located downtown on Tresser Boulevard, has been sold by HD Realty Associates LLC for $31.6 million, reports the Stamford Advocate.

The distressed property, which has faced foreclosure in the past, was bought by New York-based Stamford Hotel Propco LLC. What the new buyers have in store for the property was not immediately known.

The outstanding mortgage on the property is about $60 million, according to the publication, but the property was recently appraised at only about $45 million.
