Stamford Melee Ends With Man in ICU: PD

Stamford, CT- A backyard BBQ melee sent a man to the hospital ICU with a brain bleed, according to police.

Four women have been arrested so far in the melee.

The fight on Chestnut Street started Monday after two men got into a fight, according to the Stamford Advocate. A woman stepped in to stop the fight and was struck by a third man.

The third man then started punching people, including the victim would ended up in the ICU. Things got out of hand from there.

Four women were arrested and charged with third-degree assault so far and police will apply for more arrests as people are identified.
