
STAMFORD, CT — A city man was arrested for at least the 17th time after being caught with heroin, crack and a pistol, according to police.
Samuel Elie was on parole at the time of the arrest and was remanded back into custody, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Police were following his vehicle and searched his car at a gas station. 51 folds of heroin and 10 grams of crack cocaine were found, police said. Police searched his home and found a semiautomatic pistol.
