Stamford Police To Host Drug Take Back Day

This is a free, anonymous service and an environmentally safe way to dispose of unwanted or unused medications.

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Police Department will host a DEA National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, Oct. 28.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stamford Police Headquarters, 725 Bedford St.

This is a free, anonymous service and an environmentally safe way to dispose of unwanted or unused medications.

Residents can drop off any prescription drug, over-the-counter drug or pet medication at a convenient drive-thru location. No liquids, creams or needles will be accepted.
