Stamford Police said Molina “is instrumental in this unit due to her gentle demeanor around victims but tenacious with the suspects who perpetrate those crimes. She is bilingual which is instrumental in bridging the language barrier with domestic victims and she is constantly called to assist the patrol division with investigations with language discrepancies.”
Molina also acts as the Latin liaison between the police department and the Latin community. She is active with Neighbors Link, which assists the Latin community in the Stamford area. Molina is consistently called to give talks and speeches on a wide range of topics of concern to the Latino community.
