The seasonal greeting card contest has been a Stamford tradition for more than 25 years.

STAMFORD, CT — This week, six Stamford high school students were recognized for their artwork as part of Stamford Public Schools' annual seasonal greeting card contest.
The students were commended and received certificates and gift cards from Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tamu Lucero and Mayor Caroline Simmons during an event held in the Stamford Government Center Lobby in conjunction with the mayor’s annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
This year’s program was open to SPS high school students from AITE, Westhill, and Stamford High. Students worked with their art teachers to create seasonal designs in any medium, which were then submitted for consideration.
