Stamford Public Schools Expands Technology Integration Role
The new role expands responsibilities to include online assessment.
STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Public Schools announced this week that Oleg Iogman has been appointed as coordinator of technology integration and online sssessment, effective July 1, 2022.
Iogman, whose expanded role was approved in the budget, has served in a similar role for the past year. The new role expands his responsibilities to include online assessment.
"Alec has done an outstanding job in his role as soordinator of technology integration. I am thrilled that he will be moving into the expanded 12 month position of coordinator of technology integration and online assessment as he leads our district’s vision to maintain our 1:1 device status for students as well as the use of technology in all of our schools," said Amy Beldotti, the associate superintendent for teaching and learning, in a news release.

Previously, Iogman served as a fifth grade math and science teacher at Strawberry Hill for the 2020-2021 school year. In addition, he was curriculum associate for K-12 science and an administrative intern at Westover Magnet Elementary School.
In his new role, Iogman's responsibilities will include cultivating a vision for how technology can enhance student learning and improve instructional practice, the oversight, creation, management and evaluation of the district technology plan, as well as the integration of technology in curriculum, instruction and assessments.

Iogman earned a bachelor's degree in elementary Education from Skidmore College, and holds a master's in elementary education and in administration and education leadership from the University of Bridgeport.
