Stamford Recreation Announces 2018 Summer Beach, Pool Schedules

From The City of Stamford: West Beach, Cummings Beach, Cove Island Park:

• Open weekends only starting Memorial Day Weekend: May 26, May 27, June 2, June 3, June 9, June 10, June 16, June 17
• Open seven days a week: June 23 - September 3
• Lifeguard Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Quigley:

• Open seven days a week: June 23 - September 3
• Lifeguard Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

PUBLIC SWIMMING*
Westhill High School:

• Open for camp/swimming lessons ONLY June 27-August 3 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (no public swim)

Heroy Pool at Dorothy Heroy
Park:

• Open seven days a week: June 23-August 10
• Public Swim:
  • Monday-Friday from 3:00 - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

*Throughout the course of the beach and swim season, all Lifeguard hours of duty and permitted swim area sizes are subject to change based on Lifeguard availability. Residents are reminded to purchase a beach parking permit through the Cashiering and Permitting Division at Government Center for use between May 1 and September 30.
