Stamford Resident Appointed to Make-A-Wish® Connecticut Board

Make-A-Wish® Connecticut warmly and proudly welcomes Alyssa Harvey Dawson to its Board of Directors.

Alyssa Harvey Dawson is a C-Suite executive with more than 20 years of experience scaling growth and innovative companies across various industries and business segments. She is presently employed as the Chief Legal Officer for Gusto, an HR software provider.

Before joining Gusto, Harvey Dawson was General Counsel for Sidewalk Labs, an urban innovation organization focused on improving urban infrastructure through technological solutions, and prior to that she served as Vice President, Global Intellectual Property for Harman International Industries. She also held impactful legal positions with Netflix, eBay, and Autodesk.

Harvey Dawson is no stranger to Board service. She currently serves on the board of directors for AppLovin Corporation, a leading marketing software company. She is also on the Advisory Board for the Quello Center for Telecommunication Management and Law and on the Attorney Advisory Board of the Initiative on Gender Justice & Opportunity at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition, she has served on the Michigan State University Honors College Alumni Board.

Harvey Dawson earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University.
