Stamford Resident Scores Big Lottery Prize

STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident is now $50,000 richer thanks to some luck and the Connecticut Lottery.

According to the CT Lottery, Antonio Rivera won $50,000 this week after playing Powerball.

Rivera bought the wining ticket at Wash Works, which is located at 953 E. Main St. in Stamford.

Also earlier this week, Florida resident Ariana Llanos Rojas won $50,000 after playing the Super Cashword 22 game. Rojas purchased that ticket at A&J Mini Mart, located at 912 E. Main St.
