STAMFORD, CT — A city resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket last week in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Aug. 7, Bilder Cordova Garcia, of Stamford, won $21,000 playing a "Super 7 11 21" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Park View Variety in Stamford.
