Hugo Gutierrez won $10,000 after playing the 30X Cash 9th Edition scratch-off game.

The ticket cost $30, and the grand prize is $30,000. Out of a little over a million tickers, there are just 112 $10,000 winners.

The winning ticket was purchased at West Main Convenience, located at 417 W. Main St. in Stamford.
