STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently won a big cash prize from a scratch-off ticket, according to the CT Lottery.
Richard Piacitelli, a Stamford resident, won $10,000 after playing the 10X Cash 16th Edition game. The scratch-off cost just $10, and the top prize is $10,000.
