STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently won the grand prize after playing a scratch-off game from the Connecticut Lottery.
Michael Sette Jr. won $10,000 after playing the 10X Cash 16th Edition game. The ticket cost just $10, and was purchased at a convenience store on High Ridge Road.
