STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently took home a big prize after playing a scratch-off game from the Connecticut Lottery.

The winner, who is anonymous, won the grand prize of $10,000 from the 10X Cash 17th Edition game. The ticket was purchased at the West Broad BP gas station at 59 W. Broad St.

According to the CT Lottery website, the ticket costs $10. There are 225 $10,000 winners out of 5.2 million tickets.
