The girls basketball team rolled to a 57-23 victory over winless Bassick on Thursday.
Allie Schechter scored 13 points and Steph Roones added 11 for the Vikings, who improved to 4-4. Samantha Corsello pulled down eight rebounds for Westhill and Steph Roones added seven steals.

The Vikings held the Lions without a field goal in the first quarter, jumping out to an 18-1 lead. The Vikings then extended their advantage to 28-8 at the half.
