Stamford Senior Center To Hold 4th Annual Mini Golf Fundraiser

STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Senior Center's fourth annual miniature golf tournament is scheduled for Sept. 8. The event will feature a fun night of mini golf, food and beverages, and will raise funds to support the center.

Participants can show off their mini golf talents on a challenging 18-hole course. Awards will be given to the best dressed and funniest dressed teams. The event will take place rain or shine beginning at 5 p.m. at the center, located at 888 Washington Blvd. in Stamford.

"Golfers can look forward to perfecting their putts and having lots of laughs while supporting a great cause," said Christina Crain, executive director of the Stamford Senior Center, in a news release. "This event is fun for all ages and skill levels, so grab your friends and register now to reserve your spot. High-profile sponsorships are available too."

The Stamford Senior Center offers life-enhancing opportunities and essential support for its members. Older adults in the greater Stamford area come to the center to be active and healthy in mind and body, and remain connected to their community in a welcoming, safe and diverse environment.
