Stamford Stop and Shop Property Sells for Millions
The West Side building was sold to a Queens, N.Y. firm.
STAMFORD, CT—A Queens, N.Y, firm has bought the West Side property currently housing Stop and Shop for $45 million.
The property was previously bought for about $40 million in 2014, according to the Stamford Advocate.
The sale won't have an impact on the Stop and Shop. A number of developments are set to start in the next few years in the area.
