Stamford Swim Coaches Reinstated

Two coaches were cleared of wrongdoing after swimmers became ill.

STAMFORD, CT—Longtime boys and girls swim coach Rick Lewis and assistant Kyle Cutter-Dabiri were cleared of any wrongdoing after an improperly treated swimming pool at Westhill High made swimmers ill.

Corrective measures will be taken regarding pool maintenance, a school spokeswoman told the Stamford Advocate.

Some swimmers complained about water conditions and some fell ill. The pool had no chlorine in it.
