Stamford Woman Left Toddler in Car: PD

The woman was charged after she left her toddler unattended in a car Monday.

STAMFORD, CT- A local woman was charged with risk of injury to a child after she left her toddler unattended in a car while she shopped, police said.

Police got a report about a child crying alone in an Audi at the Shoprite Shopping Center Monday afternoon, according to the Stamford Advocate.

Mother Wenhhsuan Lin, 39, said she was in the store a short time. Police determined she was in the store for longer than six minutes.
