Stamford's 'Silicon Harbor' Waits For Its Closeup
The office complex was bought by Building and Land Technology two years ago.

STAMFORD, CT — Two years after the purchase, Stamford's Silicon Harbor office complex, located at 1 Elmcroft Road, remains largely vacant while it tries to attract tenants, reports the Stamford Advocate.
Stamford-based Building and Land Technology bought the former Pitney Bowes headquarters building for $38.5 million in July 2015, but the company tells the Advocate that it is not yet worried about the current lack of tenants.
BLT is confident the building will land more tenants, though Silicon Harbor's situation is not unique. Stamford's commercial vacancy rate is about 25 percent, according to the publication.
