Teen Killed In Stamford Crash
The teen was a passenger in a vehicle that struck a tree.

STAMFORD, CT — A 19-year-old Stamford resident was killed during a crash Wednesday. The crash occurred on Washington Boulevard around 12:31 p.m.
A 2006 BMW was traveling northbound on the street when the operator lost control and struck a tree, said Sgt. Andrew Gallagher.
Stamford firefighters had to extricate both the passenger and operator using hydraulic tools. The 20-year-old operator from Stamford sustained severe injuries and is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
