Town Hall With Sen. Richard Blumenthal​ At Stamford JCC Feb. 20

During the town hall meeting, U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) will address topics of importance to the Jewish community.

STAMFORD, CT — The Jewish Community Relations Council of the United Jewish Federation of Greater Stamford, New Canaan and Darien will host a town hall meeting with United States Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) at 7 p.m. on Feb. 20 at the Stamford Jewish Community Center, organizers announced.

'Senator Richard Blumenthal will address topics of importance to our Jewish community," wrote the UJF in a statement. "The Senator will discuss Israel, Iran, security and anti-Semitism, as well as other issues of local and national importance, and then we will provide an opportunity for community conversation."

Community members are encouraged to submit questions on any topic in advance to Lauren Steinberg at lauren@ujf.org or 203-321-1373, ext. 104.

Originally sworn in on January 5, 2011, Richard Blumenthal is serving his second term as a United States Senator from the State of Connecticut. He previously served five terms as Connecticut's Attorney General.
