Tree Falls, Road Closure Announced By Stamford Police
A detour is in place, police said.
STAMFORD, CT — A fallen tree has resulted in a road closure, Stamford police said Friday night.
Rocky Rapids Road is closed from the intersection of Wildwood Road to #59 Rocky Rapids Road due to a tree falling on utility wires and damaging three utility poles, police said.
A detour has been set up and motorists are advised to take Riverbank Road to access Rocky Rapids Road and Wildwood Road.
