Vineyard Vines Considers Selling Stake: Report
The Stamford-based preppy clothing company has been owned privately by two brothers.
STAMFORD, CT- Stamford-based preppy clothing company Vineyard Vines is considering selling a minority stake to investors.
The company is owned by brothers Shep and Ian Murray for nearly 20 years, according to Reuters.
Vineyard Vines is working with Goldman Sachs and the minority stake sale could value the company as much as $1 billion. It had about $80 million in 12-month earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization.
