West Side Stamford Building Sells For $5.5 Million: Report

STAMFORD, CT — A building located on the West Side of Stamford has sold for $5.5 million, the Stamford Advocate reported. The 62,000-square-foot building is located at 370 W. Main Street and was previously used as a document-storage center.

According to the Stamford Advocate, the building was sold to Storage Deluxe, a Manhattan-based self-storage developer who plans to open a self-storage facility there.
