Where’s the other half of the ball Jack?????

New Year's Eve 2014 - Adventures with Jack 
I spent New Year's Eve 2014 with Jack in Weston. He enjoys carrying things in his mouth. He will pick up just about anything. He brought me my fleece headband... so kind! I gave him a pull toy with a rope attached through the red ball as a gift... he pulled apart the rope and preferred the ball on it's own. (Love the tongue that hangs out with the ball!) Jack's favorite toy is a Kong Tennis Ball - Large. Neon Yellow. Fuzzy. When he brought me the ball with a chunk missing I searched the house high and low to see where he hid the other piece. I was a wreck. We spent the early part of New Year's Eve in the ER at VCA Norwalk where he threw up some of the missing pieces and had an x-ray. This was not fun. Over the next few days, Jack slowly returned the pieces of ball to me with each poop bag collected. According to Jack's parents, he's swallowed many things over the years and has an iron stomach! For the rest of my time with him, we played with snowballs instead of real balls.
