Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Stamford: CT Lottery
A local resident recently won a big cash prize from a $30 scratch-off ticket.
STAMFORD, CT — A winning scratch-off ticket was sold in Stamford recently, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Shamimbanu Shaikh, of Norwalk, won $10,000 after playing the 30X Cash 9th Edition scratch-off game.
The ticket cost $30, and the grand prize is $30,000.

Shaikh purchased the ticket at Cove Convenience, located at 734 Cove Road in Stamford.
