A $20 scratch-off ticket turned into a big cash prize, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

STAMFORD, CT — A winning scratch-off ticket was recently sold at a Stamford restaurant, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

Iris Rodriguez, of the Bronx, N.Y., won $10,000 after playing the 200X 2nd Edition game. The ticket cost $20, and the grand prize is $1 million.

Rodriguez purchased the ticket at Hugo's Restaurant, located at 161 Stillwater Ave.
