STAMFORD, CT — A winning scratch-off ticket was recently sold in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Munafmahmad Shaikh, of Norwalk, won $25,000 after playing the $250,000 Cashword 9 game. The ticket cost $20, and the grand prize is $250,000.
