MYSTIC, CT — A coffee shop and roaster is opening at a downtown Mystic spot.
Mystic Coffee Co. will be opening at 12 Cottrell St. on the Stonington side of the drawbridge, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
The space is next door to Mystic Salad Company.
Renovations are underway on the former art gallery and gift shop space, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
They're aiming for a fall opening.
Mystic Coffee Company states on their website: "Our specialty coffee roasting process begins with premium beans and is driven by passion and joy. We are located in Southeastern Connecticut and take pride in sharing our vibrant, flavorful blends with coffee lovers across the USA. Each batch is roasted with care, ensuring rich aromas and delightful flavors in every cup of coffee."
A portion of the company's profits goes toward ocean conservation efforts.
