Four Stonington homes, three in Mystic, hold open houses Oct. 10-11, from a $499,000 1700s house to a $1.65 million 2023 Colonial.

STONINGTON, CT — Stonington's open houses this weekend span three centuries. In Mystic, a house the listing dates to the 1700s has a central chimney feeding four working fireplaces. Across town, a 2023 Colonial off Nautilus Way is built to Zero Energy Ready standards, and in between are a Bishops Cove townhouse and a Hatch Street Colonial near Williams Beach Park.

Four Stonington homes, three of them in Mystic, are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $499,000 to $1.65 million, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 10

18 Elizabeth Court, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $879,000. This end unit at Bishops Cove in Mystic has hardwood floors, skylights and vaulted ceilings, a cherry-and-granite kitchen opening to a wraparound deck, and a first-floor primary suite. A second primary suite is upstairs, and the walk-out lower level adds more than 1,100 finished square feet. The community has a pool, tennis and pickleball courts and a clubhouse. It's a three-bedroom condo with three full and two half baths and 3,497 square feet; the HOA fee is $775 a month.

31 N. Stonington Road, noon to 1:30 p.m., $499,000. The listing dates this Mystic house to the 1700s; Zillow says 1790. It has exposed beams and wide-plank floors, and its central chimney serves four working fireplaces, one in each first-floor room. Upstairs, flexible space could be a third bedroom or office. The roof dates to 2019. It's a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 1,490 square feet on nearly half an acre.

62 Nautilus Way, noon to 2 p.m., $1.65 million. Built in 2023 to Zero Energy Ready standards, according to the listing, this Colonial has spray-foam insulation, induction cooking and combustion-free heating. A farmer's porch leads to a two-story great room, a study and a chef's kitchen with an oversized island that overlooks a sunroom. The finished lower level has surround sound, and there are both a two-car and a one-car garage. It's a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home with 4,115 square feet on 1.3 acres.

24 Hatch St., 1 to 3 p.m., $650,000. New to the market Oct. 10, this Mystic Colonial has a covered front porch, a kitchen with a large island and hardwood floors through most of the house. A deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard with a Cape-style shed. The listing puts Williams Beach Park two minutes away by car and downtown Mystic three. It's a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,152 square feet.
