Family-Owned Marina Sold For $5 Million In Mystic

MYSTIC, CT — A marina in Mystic Harbor operated by the same family for four generations has sold for $5 million, according to The Hartford Business Journal.

BlueWater Marinas of Charleston and Bain Capital of Boston announced the purchase.

The 3.8-acre, 145-slip marina is located at 36 Quarry Road. It was sold along with two adjacent properties.
