STONINGTON, CT — A mixed-use development including 598 residential units is being proposed in Pawcatuck, according to The Day.
Developer Breslin Realty Development Corp. of Garden City, NY has filed an application for a zoning map amendment for the project, which is being dubbed Liberty Crossing.
The proposal is for 67.6 acres at 480 and 534 Liberty St. It also includes a 110,000-square-foot shopping center.
