1 Charged In Stratford Home Invasion, Cops Still Seeking Suspects

The defendant previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in 2012, according to court records.

STRATFORD, CT — One man was charged Wednesday in connection with a May home invasion, but law enforcement is still seeking information about at least three other suspects, according to police. Jaquan Wade, 26, was charged by warrant with home invasion, robbery and unlawful restraint several months after the incident on Light Street, Stratford police said in a news release.

Wade's bond was set at $750,000, according to court records, and he will appear in court Sept. 10. In 2012, Wade pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder after a 2011 incident and was sentenced to seven years in jail and five years on probation, court records said.
