2 Men Wrestle in the Stratford Stop and Shop: Police

Stratford police say two men ended up wrestling on the floor of the Stratford Stop & Shop after having a dispute in the self-service checkout line.
Police say David Trapasso, 62, of Freeman Avenue was taking his groceries off the conveyor when John Iaffaldano, 52, of East Haven, began to check his purchased out, the Connecticut Post reports.

This is when the drama ensued. Trapasso said he wasn’t done, the two men cursed, and Iaffaldano allegedly pushed Trapasso onto the counter and the two men hit the floor of the grocery store wrestling until police arrived and took them into custody.
Both men were charged with breach of peace.
