22 Jump Street Screens at Stratford Public Library

Monday Matinees series continues on March 9.

The Stratford Library’s Monday Matinees series continues with a screening of 22 Jump Street on March 9. The Monday Matinees series presents recent, popular films on monthly Monday afternoons at noon. The film showings are free and open to the public.

After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) when they go deep undercover at a local college. But when Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art major scene, they begin to question their partnership. The hit comedy is a sequel to the blockbuster 21 Jump Street, which featured the same stars. The film runs 112 minutes and is Rated R.

Movies in the Monday Matinees series are shown uncut on widescreen in the Stratford Library’s Lovell Room.The winter/spring series of Monday Matinees will continue on April 13 with Maleficent.
