34 Cats Seized from Stratford Home, Couple Arrested: Police
The arrest comes after a month-long investigation and police say all of the cats were in some state of neglect.

STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford couple faces animal cruelty charges after 34 cats were seized from their home following a month-long investigation, according to police.
Catherine and Fletcher Graham, both 60 years old, were arrested for animal cruelty charges on Jan. 20.
The arrest comes after a month-long investigation into allegations of numerous neglected cats at the Graham residence located in Stratford, according to Capt. Frank Eannotti.

Eannotti said all of the 34 cats that were seized from the residence were in some state of neglect.
Stratford Animal Control Officers completed the investigation and cited the Grahams with 34 counts each of animal cruelty. They are scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Court on Feb. 1.
