Stratford Mayor David Chess will kick off the presentation by introducing the development team, who will discuss their master planning process, according to an advisory.

Following the presentation, members of the public will have the opportunity to learn about the site’s history, environmental cleanup, and potential future uses.

Point Stratford Renewal, led by Jim Cabrera, Ted Lane, Peter Cabrera, and Dev Hawley, will lead the presentation and be joined by representatives of Cooper Robertson (now Corgan), the project’s master planner, as well as Field Operations, the project’s landscape architect.

Officials said an online public survey has already received hundreds of responses.

In May, the Point Stratford Renewal team launched a survey to gather community feedback and gauge public sentiment on the 77-acre property’s future use. The survey is available at www.pointstratford.com through July 13.
