I am a volunteer with the Stratford Animal Rescue Society (STARS). I would like to recognize and pay tribute to Brian and Nicole, owners of Murphy's Paw here in Stratford. They are true examples of caring and compassionate people. They have been grooming all of our shelter animals for years, free of charge to help make them ready for adoption. They also support us with generous donations throughout the year. All of what they do helps us tremendously in our success with our mission to give food, medical care and most importantly, a loving home to a homeless animal.
