Assistant Schools Superintendent Resigns In Stratford: Report

Stratford's assistant superintendent of schools resigned soon after being placed on paid administrative leave, according to a report.

STRATFORD, CT — Stratford Assistant Superintendent of Schools Fallon Daniels has resigned weeks after she was placed on paid administrative leave, according to the Connecticut Post.

Acting Superintendent of Schools Heather Borges told the Post that Daniels resigned due to personal reasons. Daniels had been suspended due to unspecified “work-related issues,” the Post previously reported.

Retired former Wilton Assistant Superintendent Arlene Gottesman will serve as interim assistant schools chief while the position is advertised, according to the Post.
