Norwalk Author/Cartoonist Jerry Craft (third from left) was the special guest at the Stratford Library Teen Services Department's Bullying has NO Boundaries program recently. The Library sponsored an evening of cartooning, drawing and writing by the author who discussed and drew characters from his latest book, The Offenders: Saving the World While Serving Detention.
