Back-To-School Immunization, Physical Clinic Dates Announced In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — The Stratford Health Department has announced its next series of Back-to-School Physicals and Immunization Clinics for students under 19 years old.

Upcoming clinic dates:

• Thursday, Aug. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Monday, Aug. 31, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon

The clinics will be held at:

Stratford Health Department

468 Birdseye Street, 3rd Floor

Stratford, CT 06615

“Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome,” according to the health department.

Families can schedule an appointment by calling 203-385-4090.

The department accepts Husky insurance only. Bring your insurance card.

Families with private insurance or no insurance can use a sliding fee scale. Administrative fees are:

• $80 administrative fee for physicals
• $20 administrative fee for the first vaccine
• $10 for second vaccine - and $5 for additional same-day vaccines
• $20 for TB skin test (requires two appointments)
