Bunnell's Farrell Signs National Letter of Intent
Jack Farrell will play lacrosse at Assumption College.
Bunnell’s John (Jack) Farrell recently signed a National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse at Assumption College in Worcester, Mass.
Assumption College is a D-II school in the Northeast-10 Conference.
Farrell is the goalie for Bunnell’s varsity lacrosse team and has received the following acknowledgements while playing for the Bulldogs:

Junior Year Season: SWC All Division Team & SWC All Conference Academic Team
Sophomore Season: SWC Honorable Mention & Karen Newall Memorial MVP Award

In the off-season, Farrell played with the TEAM 203 Lacrosse Club since eighth grade, under the direction of Eric Bailey, Club Director, who was present at the signing ceremony. Also, present were Rick Marcone, one the founding parents of Bunnell’s High School Lacrosse Program; and Glen Scinto, Farrell’s Sterling House Youth Lacrosse coach, (who convinced Jack to try Lacrosse in third grade). Coach Dick Cerone (Bunnell Lacrosse Head Coach) and the Bunnell Bulldog Lacrosse Team were also on hand for the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, Farrell was named as one of captains of the lacrosse team, along with Corey Auten, Mike Celentano, and Cole Davis.
In addition to lacrosse, Farrell is on the cross country and indoor track team and he is also the first VP for Bunnell’s Captain’s Athletic Council & the Yearbook Sports Editor.
